Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!For this mom only class you will need to bring your own set of weights and a mat. We recommend anything between 6-10 lbs.

Run Club $25 per class From $7 per visit with Run Club pass Purchase required to enroll

Take your running to the next step with our guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide opportunities to train, learn, and improve. You know what makes Run Club even better? Coffee after our Sunday group runs!!! Each Sunday at 7am we'll meet at a different coffee shop for our group run and then have little social time after for those who can stay.

ADDED BONUS: We also offer Thursday early morning track workouts!

Children who are in Kindergarten and up are allowed to participate in this very special class and we'd love for you to bring any friends and family who want to join in on the fun too!
