One of our FIT4MOM instructors will be there to lead the way. Please be sure to enroll so we know to expect you and feel free to tell a friend or two! The more the merrier.
Mama Meet Ups are perfect for current members, moms/grandmas/nannies joining us for the first time, and especially newly postpartum moms who are still waiting to be cleared for exercise and not quite ready for a Stroller Strides class.
